About Insurances

At http://www.wholesaleinsurance.net you can choose to request for your coverage amount and the time period.  One also has that opportunity to compare insurance quotes with other carriers.  By this, one gets to have comparison and decides on which insurance carrier is the best.

Sad to say that these insurance leads are only available for US citizens.  I just hope that there will also be honest comparisons of insurance quotes here in the Philippines, and that competition is healthy.

I am keeping my fingers crossed.  😀

My Dream Car Plus An Auto Insurance

Funny how I am already thinking about home automation systems when I can’t even consider a cheap auto insurance quote for my old model car.  BertN said even a help can nurse a dream.  And I am a ‘professional help’.  Therefore that makes me licensed to dream, too.  😀

a Nissan Figaro

I dream of acquiring a Nissan Figaro type car with not  a cheap auto insurance but with a comprehensive insurance.  I am not much of a big fan of huge or enormous vehicles.  I always find small cars cool and comfy.

It made me think about life insurance

Recently, our clan is putting up a reunion.  My initial reaction was excitement then later it died down because the venue will be in the province.  Aside from accessibility and resources, I cannot help think about morbid thoughts.  😦

It is not a concern on term insurance vs permanent insurance actually. I think mostly about having one because I came to realize that it is beneficial in covering debts and liabilities in my time of death. I know it sounds morbid but it is more practical to me.  The problem is how do I thrust in another expense in my list?

Need to find another racket, is what I think.  😀

Try it out, said she.

Try it out, said she.  She was an insurance agent trying to buy me out.  I did not consent myself into giving in.  After a few years, the company was in the news because of an anomaly.

The following years, I met someone trying to sell an education plan.  The same fate befell the company.  It went bankrupt because of anomalous activities.  It was a blessing in disguise I was not lured into enrolling my kids.

Try it out, said another she.  It is a life plan now.  Which makes me think but still has qualms.

Insurance concerns

As I watch a documentary in a local channel, I think of how people can easily be lured by the promises in a policy and the affordable insurance quotes.

In the documentary, an insurance policy holder claimed that the insurance agency rejected his application to get his claims for his hospitalization for heart ailment because it was included in the list of excluded ailments.  Browsing the policy that he has, it was not excluded.  When the agency sent him a copy of the policy, it was a different one.

It is a scary aspect of a decision to go with an insurance plan.  It is actually an eye opener for everybody to keep the policy and to be aware of what is there.

In the end, the claimant was paid.  If it was not publicized and was not aired on national tv, the matter will not be entertained.  This has to be an eye-opener and an awareness.

An insurance quote would be timely

Yes,  I say it is indeed timely to consider an insurance quote especially a life insurance quote.  Why?

Philippine news can kill you.  Let’s have a glimpse on some of the headlines in PhilNews.com:

  1. GMA to declare power crisis in Mindanao
  2. Crisis declared; Aboitiz, Alcantara power deals up
  3. Gordon says definitely not Angara but refuses to name emissary
  4. Palace has list of pols in drugs, says Sotto
  5. Edu denies he’s backing out of VP race

For number one headline, who would not be anxious of how the cost of such declaration will be spent?  The declaration would entail a power generation capacity build-up that would cost from 8 billion to 10 billion pesos.  The thought of how some crooks will be merry again upon gaining support from Congress is really bothersome.

For number two, the luminaries in this deal, the Aboitizes and Alcantaras, are known to be business associates of the President and her husband.  As an ordinary Pinoy, Juan will worry again how much money will be added to his electricity bill in the future if this deal becomes very expensive and will not compensate to the needs of the present crisis.

For number three headline, it is worrisome if someone who buys votes and candicacy will win.  It is very, very worrisome because a lot of Pinoys are uneducated and poor. It makes my head ache actually.

For number four headline, how would one ignore the US State Department’s concern that drug money will be used to influence the May 10 elections?  What is the government doing about this?

For the last headline in this list, Edu is giving the people a headache.  Where did that story come from – that he is backing out?  An adage describes it best – there is fire when there is smoke or anything to that effect.  The whole scene is so theatrical.

Insurance Leads

First of all, what is a lead? It is important to learn first what it means.

A lead is a suggestion or piece of information that helps to direct or guide. It is a tip or a clue. Therefore insurance leads are pieces of information to help one find tips or guides to get the best insurance for seekers and agents alike.

There are certain types of insurance leads for the following needs:

  1. auto insurance
  2. home
  3. life
  4. health
  5. long term care
  6. cancer
  7. disability
  8. business
  9. annuity
  10. final expense
  11. local insurance

Here in the Philippines, the search for life insurance leads can become popular.  Filipinos are very particular about  bestowing the last respects to the dead.  This can materialize from the benefits that can be acquired by having life insurances.  A friend once told me that he was so grateful that it did not become a problem when his father died because of a life insurance he had gotten.

Shock Absorbers

Experiencing Balintawak market made me think how those people living in desolation and deprivation protect themselves and their nearest and dearest in times of tragedy, catastrophe or misfortune. While some of us shield ourselves from the effects of the said destructions by way of getting indemnity through insurance online for example, those people in Balintawak live on a day-to-day basis of hand to mouth.

Some of us have shock absorbers like a savings account in a bank or another source of income or sideline aside from the current jobs we have. Some of us have investments maybe. But even with these absorbers are the risks and the likelihood of failure, too, to get an assurance or a safeguard against life’s potent arrows.

We really cannot tell what life will have for us in the future. What is happening tells me that nobody is safe enough. We each have our own expiration date.
