Are you people-oriented?

If your answer is yes, then you are ready for customer service jobs.

A customer service job requires an applicant that has the potential to patiently answer a customer’s question, or provide purchase, for example. It may sound easy but it’s definitely not.  One has to give his exceptional service with exceptional output.  It requires patience, tact, intelligence, and drive.

Now one would say again that it is an easy feat to be friendly but how can you be friendly with someone you only hear on the phone, and have not met?  How can one be friendly with a rude and arrogant customer?

Most jobs require these traits but some jobs require more of them than the others.

Honestly, it would not be easy for me.
