Life for a working mom is truly a challenge. There is almost no time for everything. But after your meditation in the morning when you are already in the office, you can try some exercises using the office furniture. It can be your chair. It can be the office table.
- Twist at your waist.
- Do toe taps, heel lifts, and a seated jog which can be done by lifting your knees.
- Punch and jog at the same time.
- Push and pull from your table while seated in your chair with feet lifted.
- Squat from your chair.
- Do desk push up.
