Do you still set goals?
I will try to. Amidst the hurly-burly, I will try to. And one of them is to reduce belly fat. I had lost a few pounds before walking and jogging. Then the routine stopped. Then Daryl and I tried cardio and strength exercises for a few months. Then we stopped. A lot of things happened, that is why. Then we were not able to go back to the daily routine.
I am not just sure when to start. Do we start next week or next month? It would be preferable to start it at once of course. But we have to first sit down on it and be firm with achieving the goal. I am keeping my fingers crossed that we could do it this time. 🙂
